Biggest Loser South Africa Winner

Sharon Haarhoff was annouced South Africa’s Biggest looser on Monday night. Sharon Lost a staggering 45.74% of her body weight. When the show started a few months ago, Sharon weighed in at 135.1kgs, and ended up on 73.3kgs.

Well done to all the other contestants, who all lost a LOT of weight.

I’m the biggest loser

At the beginning of June this year, I decided to take a trip to the Doc’s office to do a normal checkup. Apart from the fact that I knew I was overweight, drank way to much beer on the weekends, hardly did any exercise, and ate McDonald’s for lunch a couple of days a month, I was a pretty healthy guy. Yea right.
