  • Little Digits iPad app

I got a mail the other day from the team at app dev house, Cowly Owl, based in the UK. They told me about their cool new iPad app called Little Digits ($1.99 iTunes link)

Having 3 kids, I took a look at the video of the app, and immediately downloaded it. And I can honestly say it is an awesome little app ! Take a look at this video to get an idea of what the Little Digits iPad app is all about

My 5 year old daughter who goes to Grade R next year loves it, and is learning her addition in a very simple and fun way. My 4 year old son is loving the way it is teaching him to count with his fingers. If you have kids who are going into early development stages of school and are keen to learn more about maths, addition & subtraction, I highly recommend this app for them !

  • Cell C announces iPhone pricing

Finally. Cell C has officially announced the availability of the iPhone on their network. It seems that Mr Knott-Craig is getting things done, and the iPhone will be available from today at all most Cell C stores.

The pricing and packages for the phones are very reasonable, and there is a much bigger focus on the data bundles as opposed to the other networks who give fairly minimal data bundles on their iPhone packages. They will also be offering the 8GB iPhone4 on a fairly low entry level package.

According to a post on MyBroadband, Cell C will be offering the following iPhone deals:

Looks pretty reasonable for the packages and the data bundles look pretty good as well. What you think ? Comments below…
